Although we'll miss Meaghan Casey, we are proud to announce we have a new treasurer for the Columbia Club of South Texas. Robert Blair (BUS '87) has agreed to be our 2015 Treasurer for the Columbia University Club of South Texas.
Robert has been a commercial real estate professional for over 20 years, having effectively closed over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans for public and private REIT's, institutional investors, and commercial real estate developers. Over the years he has worked for Citi, Jones Lang LaSalle, GE Capital, Regions, Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank, and now he's with Ocwen Financial Corporation, officing in The Galleria area.
Robert has been volunteering for several months now, promoting more business networking and education events for the club. He is eager to talk with anyone who wants opportunities to learn more about real estate, finance and economic development.
