Join Northwestern and Kellogg alumni for an evening with Houston-based leaders working at the forefront of AI, business transformation, and talent. 

Hear how local alumni are leading through the AI shift, their perspectives on AI and the future of work, and what it takes to build an AI-ready organization, while keeping people, leadership, and business impact at the center.

The conversation will take place at Houston’s iconic The Ion, a hub where innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and ideas come together. Afterwards, we will have a networking session at Second Draught in the same building.

• Dhruv Goel – AI Strategy & Transformation leader, Casper Studios. ex-Uber, Bain, and EY. Kellogg MBA.
• Tayo Olabumuyi, P.E . – AI & ML Leader at Databricks, focused on strategic accounts, go-to-market, and building C-level partnerships across cloud, SaaS, and consulting. Kellogg alum.
• Ariana Smetana – Founder of Excelinsight, helping CFOs and operational leaders turn spreadsheet chaos into trusted board reports and insights. Background in corporate finance at PwC, Continental, and Shell. Kellogg alum.
• Amber Barger, Ed.D. – Senior Director, Global Talent Enablement, Development & Learning at Fortive, partnering with C-suite executives on talent strategy. Also Executive Coach and Leadership Course Instructor at Rice University's Doerr Institute for New Leaders. Holds an M.S. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University ('16) and an Ed.D. from Columbia University.
